We only collect what you choose to send us through this website. We do not require an account and we do not ask for identity documents online.

• Contact enquiries: your name, phone number, optional email address, your message, and the vehicle you were viewing.
• Trade-in submissions: your name, phone and WhatsApp numbers, your vehicle's details, and any photographs you upload.
• Finance calculations: the figures you enter are worked out in your browser. They only reach us if you choose to send them via WhatsApp.
• Analytics: anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and whether you arrived by scanning a windscreen QR code.

Enquiry and trade-in details are used to respond to you and to arrange a viewing, valuation or sale. We use analytics only in aggregate, to understand which vehicles attract interest and whether our showroom QR codes are being used.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Photographs submitted with a trade-in are used to assess your vehicle. Location data embedded by your phone's camera is stripped from every image when it is processed, before it is stored.

Your details are visible to our staff through a password-protected dashboard. We also rely on service providers who host this website, store our data and deliver our email notifications, and who process information only on our behalf.

Enquiries and trade-in submissions are retained while they are commercially useful and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Where analytics is enabled it sets its own cookies to count visits. You can block these in your browser without losing any functionality of this site.
